Additional Services and Guarantees
5 Peak Experience – We guarantee our service. If you feel you are not receiving top quality service, please contact us and we will make it right. If we can’t, we will credit you for that month’s rent.
Eviction Guarantee – If we have to evict a tenant we placed, for non-payment of rent, we will pay for the eviction up to $1200. We will also find a new tenant for free!
Large Rent Ready Rehab Jobs – We will manage rental preparation jobs over $2,000 for 5% of total cost of job; Renovations over $5,000 will be managed at a rate of 10% of total cost of job.
