Stephanie Rivera

Broker / Property Manager 

A Southern California native and former Navy wife, holds an MBA with a specialization in Accounting. She has a passion for helping individuals and families create financial freedom through real estate. Prior to working in real estate, she worked in the banking industry in customer service and loans. She has been active in the real estate industry for over 9 years as a Realtor, coach, trainer, and CFO of a local Keller Williams brokerage. She is a certified Military Relocation Professional and Property Management Professional, specializing in working with military families in outlining long term wealth goals and executing on the plans. She is a coach for FIRST Inspires Robotics, a member of SDREIN, and IREMC.                                  In addition to her passion for helping others on the path to financial freedom, she is a wife, mom of two amazing kids, an avid runner and outdoors enthusiast.

Jason Rivera

Maintenance | Customer Service Manager

A Southern California native served in the US Navy as a Radiomen aboard Submarines for 10 years. He holds a Masters in Engineering Management. With a background in communication and technology, Jason brings a unique perspective to real estate. His mission is to educate and guide our service members on how to leverage their VA benefits to build wealth through real estate. Jason is involved in several local San Diego Veteran organizations and a member of the national Active Duty Passive Income network. In his free time, he enjoys researching various topics around investing, renovating properties, camping and fishing, wood working, weight lifting, running and spending time with his family.

Jennifer Lerner

Leasing Manager / Compliance

A San Diego native, graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She taught for six years in Los Angeles before relocating back to her home town of San Diego with her husband, Joseph in 2001. After taking some time to raise their three boys, she carried her passion for education and growing others in to the Real Estate Industry. For the past 12 years, Jennifer has focused on client care, transaction coordination, and training, with the goal of assisting clients attain their real estate dreams.

She has a passion for giving back to the community through Feeding America, volunteering at her children’s schools and weekly community meet-ups. In her downtime she can be found spending time with her family, running on the trails throughout San Diego and traveling.

Joseph Lerner

Business Development Manager

A San Diego Native and graduate of UCSD, has helped hundreds of clients buy, sell and invest in real estate. His network and knowledge has allowed him the opportunity to help clients from their first home buying experience to assisting with selling generational properties such as the historical Hanson House on Coronado Island. He has helped investors build and develop their portfolios and is passionate about educating the community about various ways to build wealth through real estate. He is involved in the local community though Friends of Del Cerro, Feeding America, and the local board of Realtors (SDAR) Housing Committee. When he’s not out educating and contributing to our community, he enjoys exploring the local mountain bike and running trails, time with family and traveling.
